Alfiero was born in San Gimignano, just like its grandfather from whom it takes its name, and who was the first to believe in the PrimaLuce project. It comes from a small olive grove of around 200 Frantoio, Leccino and Moraiolo olive trees, which we re-brought to life by sustainable land using without hich we have cared for and cultivated by committing ourselves to sustainable land management, following the naturals processes and development, just as we do in out vineyard.

Alfiero is made by cold pressing, with mecanical harvesting and with a mixture of native cultivars. Alfiero is not only an organic Tuscan extra virgin olive oil but an Organic Tuscan Extra virgin olive oil made in San Gimignano. Alfiero is not only an organic Tuscan extra virgin olive oil but an Organic Tuscan Extra virgin olive oil made in San Gimignano Which is an important aspect that makes the biggest difference in taste. Thanks to the calcareous and sandy soils being rich in marine fossils , this make our oil have a more distinct falvour as apposed to the classic Tuscan olive oil .
