I cultivate from brackish soil where I am dedicated to the production of great Tuscan white wines… this is what I am trying
to accomplish.
MORE THAN BIO
A slow biological cultivation, reducing modification of the vines, focusing on sustainibiity in every phase starting from the land to the finished product.
TUSCAN identity
I wanted to produce a wine which was true to our terriotry so I cultivated an autocloning variety: Vernaccia di San Gimignano e Trebbiano.
EXPLORATION
I make wine with my own unique style and in this personal space
I explore the capacity of our terroir.
A SOUGHT-AFTER CHARACTERISTIC
My wine making leaves space for the vines to express themselves but my personal syle and professional deformation help me to produce elegant and sought-after wines.
FAMILIAR BUT ORIGINAL
Ours story is a common one, but different to others too… that of a niece who produces wine and a grandfather who accepts a challenge.
